We strive to keep our prices competitive, which is why we need to get the old part back. We do not charge an upfront core fee, giving you the flexibility to schedule your core return within 30 days of receiving your new part.

Please be aware that failing to return the core within the 30-day window will result in your warranty being voided. Moreover, returning the core after this period will incur a $50 processing fee.

Transmission Locator provides swift, flat-rate delivery to commercially zoned business addresses throughout the continental United States, excluding home-based businesses. It is expected that these locations are equipped to receive shipments without advance notice and can unload goods using a forklift directly from the truck. Note that deliveries to residential addresses or those requiring a liftgate will incur a $99 fee charged by the carrier.

Orders are generally delivered within 2-4 days if the product is in stock, not counting weekends and holidays. Deliveries to remote areas in Colorado, Utah, New York, Oregon, and California may face delays and additional charges. For personal vehicles equipped with gearboxes from the year 2000 or earlier, we provide a 36-month warranty that includes unlimited mileage for parts and labor. Labor costs are compensated at a $50/hour rate according to Mitchell standards. Commercial vehicle transmissions are warranted for either 18 months or up to 100,000 miles. Both continuously variable (CVT) and manual transmissions for these vehicles are also protected under a 36-month, unlimited mileage warranty.

Vehicles from 2001 onwards benefit from a more extended 60-month, unlimited mileage warranty covering both parts and labor for personal use. The same length of warranty applies to remanufactured transmissions in commercial vehicles, CVTs, and manual transmissions, all with unlimited mileage.
