How long will it take to get my remanufactured transmission or transfer case?
Once your payment clears, we normally ship the unit within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier and weather, but most customers see their shipment within about a week or two.
How will my part arrive?
Your transmission is packed in a rugged POD crate that protects it in transit and doubles as the container for the core return. We email the carrier name, tracking number, and shipping confirmation as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Am I really getting the exact part I searched for?
Yes. We cross-reference OEM interchange data so the part you order is the correct match for your vehicle—even when that same transmission fits multiple years, makes, or models.
How can I be sure the transmission will fit my vehicle?

What comes with my remanufactured transmission?
Every unit ships complete with a fully remanufactured torque converter. On many applications, we also include a new radiator or cooler when that’s required for a reliable install.
Does the price include the torque converter?
Absolutely. The converter is part of every package—no extra line-item charges.
Is shipping included in the quote?
We offer flat-rate freight to commercial addresses that can be unloaded with a forklift. Residential delivery or lift-gate service adds $99, and remote areas or certain states may incur a small surcharge. Inspect the crate for damage before signing; reporting issues later makes the receiver responsible for freight claims.
