Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your remanufactured engine or core, please review the following policy.
  • Product Returns

    • Transmissions may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
    • No restocking or shipping fees apply if the product arrives damaged or defective.
    • Please contact our support team before sending any item back at 1-302-966-3141 or email us at returns@transmission-locator.com. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to non-defective returns.
    • Customers are responsible for round trip shipping unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
  • Core Returns

    • Core returns are eligible for a full refund of the core deposit when the core is:
      • The same part number or exact match
      • Complete (no missing major components)
      • Free of cracks or holes in the transmission housing
      • Returned within 30 days of delivery (if the core was paid for)
    • We will issue a prepaid return label once the core return is requested.
    • Cores that are incomplete or returned outside the return window may receive a partial or no refund.

  • Refund Policy

  • We process refunds promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Refunds for Returned Products
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
    • A refund will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase.
    • Any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Refunds for Core Charges (Remanufactured Products Only)
    • Core refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after the returned core is received, inspected, and verified to meet refund criteria.
    • If the core does not meet eligibility requirements, a partial refund may be issued, or the core may be returned to you at your request.
  • Order Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that plans can change. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled without a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation Terms
    • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately by calling our support line at 1-302-966-3141 or email us at: returns@transmission-locator.com
    • If the item has already shipped, you must follow our standard return process upon receipt.
    • Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
    • A cancellation fee of 10% will apply to all orders if cancelled prior to shipping.
  • Any Dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement, or any other related matters, which is subject of the purchasers agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sussex County in the state of Delaware.
