• Heavy-duty recalibration kit installed to reduce slippage and increase durability. • Upgraded locking snap ring for coast clutch and spiral lock snap ring for 4th clutch address OE design flaws and eliminate premature failures. • One-piece rear case bushing improves internal fluid flow and lubrication. • Center support is machined and modified to accept snap ring. • New pressure regulator and boost valve system eliminates delayed engagement, shudder, and soft shifting. • Tru-Flat stator qualification and machining process. • Upgraded long-spline center shaft drum on all diesel and V10 units. • Upgraded HD billet single-clutch torque converter on all diesel and V10 units. • Completely remanufactured pump with new line bore bushings eliminates leaks and provides superior flow and durability. • Fully remanufactured torque converter is tested for leaks, lockup, concentricity, and balance. Upgrades exceed OE requirements and eliminate the possibility of front seal leaks, premature bushing wear, and vibration. • All-new custom-spec bushings improve internal fluid flow control and pressures. • All bushings and machined surfaced are polished to a mirrorline OE finish of 15 RA or better. • Every transmission is cold-and hot-tested using a proprietary dynamometer testing program that includes fully synthetic automatic transmission fluid and a filtration system.

To maintain our affordable prices, we kindly request the return of your old transmission (the core). We’ve made the process convenient for you. After installing your remanufactured unit, simply contact us to arrange a FREE core pickup.

Please schedule the return within 30 days. If you opt for the “Waive Core Charge” option, your card will only be charged if the core isn’t returned. If you need more time, please let us know. Remember, the warranty is contingent on returning your core.
While we disclose your flat-rate shipping upfront, other companies may require you to purchase an upgrade to qualify for the lower shipping cost.
We deliver your remanufactured transmission promptly and reasonably to any commercially zoned business address within the continental United States. In stock orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within a few business days after shipping. However, please note that residential or liftgate deliveries incur an additional $99 fee.
Although every shipment is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility, unexpected issues can occur in transit. Please examine your delivery as soon as it arrives and report any concerns right away. Our top priority is your complete satisfaction.
