For personal vehicles with automatic transmissions, we provide a 36-month, unlimited mileage warranty that covers both parts and labor. Labor is reimbursed at $50 per hour according to Mitchell standards.

Commercial vehicle transmissions carry coverage of 18 months or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. CVT and manual transmissions are also protected under a 36-month, unlimited mileage warranty.

We also offer an Extended Warranty option of up to 60 monthsfor personal use, along with a Premium Labor upgrade for added peace of mind. Premium Labor increases labor reimbursement from the standard $50/hour to $95/hour.

You might notice that some competitors offer lower prices, but they charge additional fees for every subsequent step. In contrast, our shipping charge covers the cost of returning your Core product, while others charge you or require you to pay for it.

To maintain our affordable prices, we kindly request the return of your old transmission (the core). We’ve made the process convenient for you. After installing your remanufactured unit, simply contact us to arrange a FREE core pickup.

Please schedule the return within 30 days. If you opt for the “Waive Core Charge” option, your card will only be charged if the core isn’t returned. If you need more time, please let us know. Remember, the warranty is contingent on returning your core.

While we disclose your flat-rate shipping upfront, other companies may require you to purchase an upgrade to qualify for the lower shipping cost.

We deliver your remanufactured transmission promptly and reasonably to any commercially zoned business address within the continental United States. In stock orders typically ship within 24-48 hours and arrive within a few business days after shipping. However, please note that residential or liftgate deliveries incur an additional $99 fee.

Although every shipment is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility, unexpected issues can occur in transit. Please examine your delivery as soon as it arrives and report any concerns right away. Our top priority is your complete satisfaction.

Vehicles from 2001 onwards benefit from a more extended 60-month, unlimited mileage warranty covering both parts and labor for personal use. The same length of warranty applies to remanufactured transmissions in commercial vehicles, CVTs, and manual transmissions, all with unlimited mileage.

This warranty is linked to your vehicle’s VIN and remains valid if the vehicle is sold, with the coverage being fully transferable.
